Justice and community

As a young man, Dave Grogan benefitted from mentors who helped him grow to be a "protector and defender." He served in the U.S. Marines, studied at Bowie State, and was mentored by Secret Service agents to understand the complexities of protecting at the federal level. After 25 years as a U.S. Marshal, he is now answering the call for public service here in Prince George's County, running for Sheriff. In two interviews, he shares about how to engage youth to raise up truly community-oriented police officers, and then, how citizen oversight supports effective policing. To find out more, check his website (www.davegrogan.com) or reach out to him at GroganForSheriff@gmail.com.
